Job summary

Humana is seeking a Senior Workforce Management Professional to apply advanced analytics, people metrics, and reporting to drive staffing, learning and development, and talent management decisions. You will blend strategic planning with day-to-day workforce execution for optimal staff deployment and service delivery.

Ideal candidates will have 6+ years in workforce management, strong Verint WFM experience, and a proven ability to translate data into actionable leadership insights.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Workforce Management experience with forecasting and planning.
• Advanced experience using Verint Workforce Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent communication and ability to present insights to senior leaders.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting healthcare operations or physician groups.

Responsibilities

• Perform short- and mid-range staffing forecasting using real-time data and demand trends.
• Manage daily case assignment, workload distribution, and workload optimization.
• Create reports for Physician Leadership and Medical Directors (productivity, handle times).
• Translate workforce data into actionable insights for leadership decisions.
• Oversee scheduling and absence management with policy compliance.
• Assess staffing needs and recommend solutions for current and future objectives.
• Provide analysis of talent needs supporting department and segment goals.
• Align workforce actions with organizational strategy and cross-functional goals.
• Collaborate with leaders to execute operational strategies and improve processes.
