Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group seeks a Labor Systems Professional to support development and utilization of scheduling, staffing, and labor reporting applications across hospital settings. This role partners with CNOs and operational leaders to optimize scheduling practices, productivity, and analytics, leveraging UKG Pro WFM and CSE.

Travel up to 20% is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred and five years of hospital staffing experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience in hospital staffing, scheduling, productivity, and workforce analytics.
• Experience with workforce management and scheduling applications, including UKG Pro WFM and CSE.
• Customer service and stakeholder relationship management.
• System implementation, maintenance, training, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Support product strategy and direction for scheduling and labor tools.
• Assist in implementation activities, training, and user support.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to improve system functionality.
• Perform design reviews, testing of enhancements and interfaces.
• Travel up to 20% and support across hospitals.
