Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a labor systems professional to support the development, implementation, and optimization of scheduling and staffing tools across hospitals. You will work with CNOs and operations leaders to optimize workforce analytics and improve staffing office operations, leveraging UKG Pro Workforce Management and related extensions.
The role involves collaboration with IT and vendor partners, training, testing enhancements, and ongoing adoption of workforce management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred from accredited four-year university.
- Minimum of five years' experience in hospital staffing and scheduling.
- Experience with UKG Pro WFM and CSE or comparable systems.
- Customer service and stakeholder relationship management.
- System implementation, maintenance, training and change management.
