Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a senior operations leader to drive workforce enablement within Wealth Management Operations. You will shape workforce planning, onboarding, job architecture, and learning initiatives while partnering with HR and executive stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact programs.

You will build a data-driven culture, use metrics to measure success, and guide change management across a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Global Operations as a process owner, project manager, or similar role.
• 2+ years of direct people leadership experience.
• 1+ year partnering with senior leaders, HR, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading workforce, onboarding, learning, or employee development initiatives.
• Experience coaching individuals and teams to achieve performance goals.
• Experience using workforce metrics, KPIs, and trend analysis.
• 2+ years balancing multiple strategic priorities in a matrix organization.
• Experience developing executive-ready presentations and reports.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint) for data and presentations.
• Knowledge of Wealth Management Operations and related partner organizations.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic leadership for Workforce Enablement programs, aligning talent and learning with priorities.
• Leads end-to-end workforce lifecycle including planning, onboarding, and job architecture.
• Partners with HR, Talent Acquisition, and senior leaders to implement scalable workforce solutions.
• Uses workforce analytics and performance metrics to assess program effectiveness.
• Directs governance and improvement of departmental procedures to meet enterprise standards.
• Leads communications, change management, and adoption of workforce initiatives.
• Builds a high-performing, inclusive team through coaching and development.
• May supervise associates and manage budgets in alignment with objectives.
