Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced Extended Workforce Program Manager to lead and continuously improve our global extended workforce capabilities. You will partner with Finance, Legal, and Operations to scale the program, implement AI-driven processes, and optimize supplier performance.

You will own end-to-end execution, translate priorities into plans, and measure outcomes while balancing cost, risk, and worker experience in a hybrid setting based in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in extended workforce, contingent workforce, procurement operations, or related fields.
• Experience building and operating an extended workforce program within a complex organization.
• Hands-on experience with VNDLY or a similar Vendor Management System.

Responsibilities

• Set direction for assigned workstreams and own end-to-end execution with clear plans and milestones.
• Ensure program operations are efficient, scalable, and compliant.
• Advise hiring managers on workforce solutions balancing cost, risk, and experience.
• Translate needs into improved workflows, automation, and reporting.
• Identify and apply AI/automation for scalable operating models.
• Build durable processes to prevent recurring issues.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships to optimize performance.
• Establish program health measures and drive measurable improvements.
• Lead rollout of new processes and tools with training and documentation.
• Resolve complex workforce requests balancing business needs and compliance.
