Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a seasoned Programs Lead to drive large-scale, cross-functional initiatives across People, Finance, Legal, and IT. You will own end-to-end programs, from scope to go-live, including entity formation, geographic expansion, and M&A integrations, while building repeatable processes and templates.

You will partner with senior leaders, translate complex objectives into actionable plans, and ensure a smooth employee experience through high-change moments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs.
• Hands-on operating style with bias toward action.
• Strong stakeholder management and judgment.
• Clear executive communication and decision-focused reporting.
• Strong AI fluency used to improve output.

Responsibilities

• Own complex global programs from scope through go-live and handoff, including new entity formation and geographic expansion, M&A integrations, and evolving infrastructure.
• Build and drive the program plan with clear requirements, workstreams, owners, dependencies, readiness gates, and decisions.
• Connect the dots across functions with People Ops, Finance, Legal, IT, and Payroll to ensure alignment.
• Own program communication and change management for executives and employees.
• Build repeatable infrastructure, templates, SOPs, and playbooks for future programs.
• Keep the employee experience at the center during high-change moments.
