Job summary

• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present reports.
• Must have the right to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Monitor workforce indicators such as turnover, attrition, absenteeism, and feedback.
• Analyze external conditions affecting craft professional supply and mobility.
• Strengthen and align workforce programs across Attract, Train and Retain pillars.
• Develop common tools and practices for repeatable execution and better outcomes.
• Define success measures, track progress, and evaluate program effectiveness.
