Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager for People Operations to drive multi‑domain programs globally. You’ll own end-to-end initiatives—from entity formation to geographic expansion and M&A integrations— partnering with Finance, Legal, IT, Payroll, and more to deliver complex changes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs, with experience in global People infrastructure such as geographic expansion, entity formation, M&A integration, or related work.
• A hands-on operating style and strong bias toward action. You dig into the substance, step into gaps, and do what’s needed to keep complex work moving.
• Strong stakeholder management and judgment, with the ability to align specialists and senior leaders across functions without formal authority.
• Clear, direct executive communication. You can distill a complicated program into the decisions, risks, and tradeoffs that matter and communicate them appropriately to everyone from executives to affected employees.
• Strong AI fluency. You use AI as a core part of how you work — to move faster, synthesize information, work through ambiguity, and increase the quality and leverage of your output.

Responsibilities

• Own complex global programs from scope through go-live and handoff, including new entity formation and geographic expansion, M&A integrations, and ongoing evolution of infrastructure.
• Build and drive the program plan, translating a messy objective into clear requirements, workstreams, owners, dependencies, readiness gates, and decisions; surface risks and blockers.
• Connect the dots across functions. Partner with People Ops, People Systems, Finance, Payroll, Legal, Tax, IT, and other teams to understand inter-workstream effects.
• Own program communication and change management, from executive updates and decision points to communications for affected employees.
• Build repeatable infrastructure as we scale, turning learnings into templates, SOPs, playbooks, and operating processes for the next program.
• Keep the employee experience at the center, ensuring operational complexity translates into a coordinated, thoughtful experience during high-change moments.
