Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Workforce Enablement Data Analyst to partner with VP-level leadership. You will build workforce models, forecast demand, and provide data-driven insights to optimize labor deployment and service execution.

The role covers analytics, reporting, and BI across Operations, Finance, HR, Sales, Technology, Safety, and field leadership, with a focus on performance and workforce strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required and Master’s preferred.
• 5–8 years progressive experience in workforce planning, labor analytics, BI, or related roles.
• Experience with multi-site field service, facilities, logistics, and distribution is preferred.
• Experience developing forecasts, labor models, staffing plans, and executive reporting.
• Experience with workforce management systems, ERP/CRM, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop workforce planning models, labor forecasts, staffing strategies, and capacity analyses.
• Analyze workforce utilization, costs, overtime, productivity, and turnover.
• Create enterprise dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting packages.
• Translate data into actionable insights for field leadership and executives.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, Finance, Technology to support initiatives.
