Qualifications

• 2+ years in Global Operations or similar role supporting programs.
• 2+ years of direct people leadership experience.
• 1+ year partnering with senior leaders and HR to solve workforce needs.
• Experience leading workforce, onboarding, learning initiatives.
• Experience using workforce metrics and KPIs for decisions.
• 2+ years balancing multiple strategic priorities and delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic leadership and governance for talent programs aligned to priorities.
• Leads end-to-end workforce lifecycle including planning, hiring, onboarding, and development.
• Partners with HR, Talent Acquisition, and leaders to implement scalable workforce solutions.
• Uses analytics to assess program impact and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintains governance of procedures and supports regulatory expectations.
• Leads communications and change management to advance workforce initiatives.
