Job summary

Worley seeks an Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) Manager to drive the implementation of work packaging strategies across EPC/industrial projects in the United States. You will lead planning, sequencing, and execution improvements from early planning through field execution, collaborating with engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, commissioning, and customers.

This role focuses on governance of AWP standards, conducting readiness reviews, and mentoring Workface Planners and project

Qualifications

Degree qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
10+ years in engineering, procurement, construction, or project controls.
Experience leading AWP implementation on large EPC or industrial projects.
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Lead development and implementation of AWP strategies and plans across projects.
Provide leadership for CWAs, CWPs, EWPs, PWPs, and IWPs.
Align engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction milestones.
Facilitate Integrated Planning Sessions and readiness reviews.
Coach and mentor AWP personnel and project teams.
Support proposal development and customer presentations.
Promote safety, collaboration, and operational excellence.
