Job summary

Worley is seeking an Advanced Work Packaging Manager to lead strategy and governance for AWP across complex projects in the US. You will champion construction-driven planning, integrating engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction efforts to improve safety, schedule certainty, and execution performance.

The role requires senior leadership, collaboration with customers and multidisciplinary teams, and the ability to influence project outcomes from early planning through field

Qualifications

• 10+ years in engineering, procurement, construction, project delivery, or advanced work packaging environments.
• Experience leading AWP implementation on large EPC/EPCM projects.
• Strong understanding of construction execution, planning, and readiness processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of Advanced Work Packaging strategies across one or more projects.
• Develop and integrate CWAs, CWPs, EWPs, PWPs, and IWPs.
• Align engineering deliverables, procurement, fabrication, and construction timelines.
