Job summary

Worley seeks a Senior Workface Planner - Mechanical to lead detailed planning for mechanical construction activities. You will develop IWPs, coordinate across engineering, procurement, and construction, and ensure readiness of materials and equipment for execution.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in industrial construction, strong scheduling and coordination skills, and a solid grasp of AWP, CWPs, and IWPs to drive safe, efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

• Typically 7+ years of experience in industrial construction or related fields.
• Experience developing Installation Work Packages (IWPs) and Construction Work Packages (CWPs).
• Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment installation and field execution practices.
• Solid understanding of Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) and related planning methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement mechanical workface planning strategies.
• Prepare and maintain IWPs/CWPs and related planning docs.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, materials, construction, and project controls teams.
• Ensure readiness of drawings, materials, permits, equipment, and tools.
• Support construction execution with alignment to schedules and workforce needs.
• Identify constraints and develop mitigation and recovery plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans for changing field conditions.
