Worley is seeking a Senior Workface Planner - Mechanical to drive planning, sequencing, and resource allocation for mechanical construction activities. The role interfaces with engineering, procurement, and field teams to ensure readiness and execution efficiency.

You will develop IWPs, coordinate with multiple disciplines, and guide field execution toward safe, on-time delivery and cost effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Must have a relevant engineering/management degree.
• 7+ years in industrial construction or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience developing IWPs and CWPs.

• Develop and implement mechanical workface planning strategies.
• Prepare and maintain IWPs and CWPs.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, materials, and construction teams.
