Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join its growing Miami practice. The attorney will manage a heavy caseload of workers' compensation matters and hearings, providing strategic advocacy for clients.

The role offers the chance to develop a statewide practice within a leading personal injury firm, with emphasis on client service, clear communication, and thorough litigation skills.

Qualifications

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
• Active FL State Bar in good standing.
• Minimum 3+ years of workers' compensation experience.
• Ability to manage high volume of cases and hearings.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of cases and hearings.
• Drafting and filing of litigation documents including pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Interaction with expert witnesses and preparation of reports.
• Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
