Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join its growing Ft. Myers practice. The attorney will handle a heavy and complex caseload of workers' comp matters and hearings, contributing to the statewide expansion of the practice.

You will work with a team of seasoned litigators, benefit from world-class resources, and have a path for long-term career growth in a leading personal injury firm.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active admission to the Florida Bar in good standing.
• Proven ability to handle a high-volume workers' compensation caseload.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of workers' compensation cases and hearings.
• Drafting and filing litigation documents including pleadings and discovery.
• Guide clients through the case process and manage expectations.
• Coordinate with expert witnesses for reports and affidavits.
• Attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
