Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join its growing New York practice. This role manages a heavy, complex caseload and hearings, offering a rare opportunity to help build out a statewide workers' compensation practice with a leading firm.

The right candidate will handle a steady influx of cases, demonstrate strong advocacy, and contribute to a robust, client-focused litigation team across the state.

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school.
• Active NY State Bar in good standing.
• Minimum 3+ years of workers' compensation experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases and hearings.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy abilities.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of workers' compensation cases and hearings.
• Drafting and filing litigation documents, pleadings, motions.
• Guide clients through the case process and timelines.
• Coordinate with experts for reports and depositions.
• Prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings and court appearances.
