Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active Florida State Bar license.
• Minimum 3+ years in workers' compensation.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and hearings.
• Excellent client service and communication, strong writing and advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day cases and hearings.
• Draft and file litigation documents including pleadings and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Coordinate with experts for reports and depositions.
• Prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
