Holmes Murphy & Associates is seeking a Sr. Workers’ Compensation Claims Specialist, Supervisor to lead our CRS team.

The role requires jurisdictional experience across multiple states and oversight of litigated and complex claims, guiding staff through investigation, communication, evaluation, and resolution in line with best practices. The position emphasizes team leadership, staff development, and collaboration with clients and carriers to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of adjusting property and casualty claims, including litigated claims.
• Active state Workers' Compensation license or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.
• Strong knowledge of general/auto liability or workers' compensation coverage and applicable regulations.

Responsabilités

• Adjudicate and oversee claims during staffing shortages; investigate, document, and negotiate settlements per Best Practices.
• Coach team members on workflow, processes, customer service, and client consulting; conduct performance reviews and set goals.
• Coordinate training, maintain standardized processes for quality service, and provide backup assistance as needed.
• Review all files at least every 90 days and participate in claims reviews and risk control workshops.
