Job summary

Holmes Murphy is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Claims Specialist to join Creative Risk Solutions (CRS). You will handle end-to-end WC claim workflows, gather and transmit data, and resolve complex claims across jurisdictions within a leading TPA framework.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of WC claims experience, licensure eligibility within three months, and strong knowledge of claims processing. The role emphasizes client service, compliance, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of workers’ compensation claims experience.
• Active state WC license or ability to acquire within 3 months of hire.
• Proficient knowledge of WC coverage and claims processing.

Responsibilities

• Receives and transmits workers’ compensation information from insureds, claimants, and staff in a timely manner.
• Investigates, evaluates and resolves lost-time workers’ compensation claims, including litigated cases.
• Mediates between insured and insurer; researches coverage issues as needed.
• Enters and maintains accurate claims data in systems, including final settlements.
• Generates indemnity and medical payment checks daily.
• Helps develop and monitor consistency in CRS claims handling processes.
• Willing to become licensed if required in handling jurisdiction.
