Responsibilities

• Adjudicate highly complex indemnity workers' compensation claims on assignments with potentially significant impact on results.
• Investigate claims promptly and thoroughly, interview involved parties, and document findings.
• Report trends and developments to senior management and underwriters.
• Set claim reserves accurately and manage diary tasks to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with resources to support case resolution and negotiations.
• Prepare reports and communicate with insureds, claimants, and other parties.
