Responsibilities include adjudicating highly complex indemnity workers' compensation claims, investigating promptly, and reporting trends to management. Overtime may be required per business needs.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate highly complex indemnity workers' compensation claims on assignments.
• Investigate claims promptly and thoroughly.
• Prepare reports for file documentation and management.
• Negotiate settlements and manage claims in litigation.
• Coordinate resources to assist in case resolution and ensure timely resolution.
