Responsibilities

• Adjudicate highly complex indemnity workers' compensation claims within scope and authority.
• Investigate claims promptly, thoroughly, and to determine policy coverage.
• Prepare reports for file documentation and inform management on trends.
• Negotiate settlements and manage claims in litigation as needed.
• Record timesheets accurately and adhere to overtime expectations.
• Utilize MS Office and other software to support case management.
