Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; SC license required at start of assignment.
• Minimum five years adjudicating workers' compensation in SC/VA.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate highly complex indemnity workers' compensation claims.
• Investigate claims, analyze endorsements, and determine coverage.
• Negotiate settlements and provide timely case resolutions.
• Record hours, submit timesheets, and work overtime as needed.
• Prepare reports and coordinate with clients, insureds, and attorneys.
