Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Solutions Architect, Total Rewards with deep expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation to design and maintain compensation architecture across cycles. You will collaborate with senior leaders and partners in HRIS, Talent, Performance, and Reporting to implement scalable solutions and ensure data integrity.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in HRIS implementation and configuration.
• Deep expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation and its integration points across Core HCM, Talent, Performance, and Reporting.
• BA/BS degree in a quantitative or business field, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design and configuration of the Workday Compensation architecture for mid-year and annual cycles.
• Lead technical readiness for cycle open, close, and hypercare with partners to ensure accuracy and on-schedule cycles.
• Serve as subject matter expert on Workday compensation touchpoints with Talent, Performance, and Reporting.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support data integrity and compliance across the compensation architecture through audits, testing and documentation.
