Job summary

Cadence is seeking a senior Workday HRIS leader to own advanced compensation configuration and global deployments. You will design and deploy compensation plans, eligibility, bonuses, stock programs and related HR processes. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to translate strategy into scalable Workday solutions.

You will lead cross‑functional programs, integrate AI-enabled features, and ensure security and compliance across regions including China and India.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience including Advanced Compensation.
• Strategic oversight of business processes, global deployments, and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Workday security, reporting, and calculated fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and deployment of Workday Advanced Compensation and related modules.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to translate compensation strategy into scalable solutions.
• Drive end-to-end Workday enhancements from planning to deployment and governance.
