Job summary

Frontdoor's AHS American Home Shield Corp is seeking a People Technology Senior Specialist - Total Rewards to own the administration, optimization, and ongoing support of Workday Total Rewards-related modules, including Compensation, Benefits, Payroll support, Time Tracking, and Absence Management.

This role serves as the technical center of excellence, partnering closely with Total Rewards, Payroll, WFM Operations, and Strada to deliver reliable, compliant, and scalable solutions across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5-7 years in HRIS/Total Rewards; 3-5 years Workday experience.
• Strong hands-on Workday configuration for Compensation/Benefits.
• Advanced Excel for analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer Workday Advanced Compensation, including salary, bonus, equity, and commission plans.
• Lead technical execution of annual and off-cycle compensation cycles, including worksheets, eligibility rules, approval workflows, and reporting.
• Configure and maintain benefit plans, eligibility rules, calculations, and deductions.
• Lead technical setup and execution of annual open enrollment, including testing and issue resolution.
• Administer Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management, including accruals, leave plans, overtime rules, and payroll integration during leaves.
• Participate in Workday releases, testing cycles, and upgrades related to Total Rewards.
