Job summary

JD Power is hiring a Senior Compensation Analyst to join the Total Rewards team. You will design, analyze, and administer base pay, incentives, and related programs across our global organization, partnering with People & Culture, and Talent Acquisition to guide offers and promotions.

Required hands-on Workday compensation configuration, reporting, and cycle administration, plus advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of compensation experience.
• Hands-on Workday experience including compensation configuration, reporting, and cycle administration.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including advanced Excel proficiency.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate insights clearly to nontechnical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, evaluation, and administration of base pay, variable pay, and incentive programs across the global organization.
• Conduct and coordinate compensation analyses, including regular audit of compensation elements including incentive and commission plans; ensure equity and market competitiveness.
• Participate in compensation surveys; analyze results to inform pay positioning and structure updates.
• Partner with People & Culture and Talent Acquisition to guide offers, promotions, and off-cycle decisions.
• Analyze trends and provide insights for strategic workforce planning; monitor emerging trends.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation regulations.
• Leverage Workday to build dashboards, reports, and models for leadership decisions.
• Lead or support cross-functional compensation projects including pay transparency initiatives and policy harmonization.
