Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Solutions Architect, Total Rewards to own the Workday Compensation architecture and related integration points. You will collaborate with senior leaders across Total Rewards, People Operations and Finance to design, implement, and maintain compensation tooling for mid-year and annual cycles.

You will be the subject matter expert on Workday compensation touchpoints with Talent, Performance and Reporting, translating business needs into scalable solutions while driving data

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of HRIS implementation experience with Workday Advanced Compensation
• Experience owning compensation cycle execution (merit, bonus, equity) for a global org
• BA/BS degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design and configuration of Workday Compensation architecture, including grade profiles, eligibility rules, range and benchmarking data.
• Lead technical readiness for cycle open/close and hypercare with Total Rewards, People Ops, and Finance.
• Serve as SME on Workday compensation touchpoints with Talent, Performance, and Reporting; troubleshoot configuration and integration issues.
