Job summary

Kognitiv Inc. is seeking experienced Advanced Compensation Consultants and Architects to partner with global clients on Workday solutions. You will lead projects from design to deployment, turning client requirements into best-in-class Workday configurations.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of Workday project leadership, deep HCM/module knowledge, and strong communication skills. This role rewards proactive leadership, mentoring, and delivery excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years leading Workday implementations, post-production/AMS, or equivalent client experience.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Core HCM, Security, and Reporting; experience with at least one additional module.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday solutions for global customers.
• Lead medium to high-complexity projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.
• Drive client satisfaction by delivering impeccable service and meeting KPIs (utilization, CSAT).
• Mentor and review less experienced teammates and contribute to knowledge sharing.
