Job summary

Cadence Design Systems in California seeks a senior HRIS lead to own Workday Advanced Compensation configuration and related global deployments. You will design, test, and deploy compensation plans, eligibility rules, and bonus programs while partnering with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to translate strategy into scalable Workday solutions.

The role requires expert hands-on Workday experience, strong stakeholder management, and familiarity with AI-enabled HR tools to optimize employee

Qualifications

Must possess expert-level hands-on configuration experience in Workday Advanced Compensation.
Proven track record in business process design, global deployments, and integrations.
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Information Systems, or related field.
Workday HCM and/or Integration certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Own Advanced Compensation configuration and related Workday processes end-to-end.
Lead design, testing, and deployment of compensation plans, eligibility rules, and bonus programs.
Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to translate strategy into scalable Workday solutions.
Drive end-to-end Workday enhancements and manage cross-functional projects.
