Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Workday Time Tracking & Absence Consultant to implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global client base, typically leading a project workstream.

You will build relationships with customers, understanding their business and requirements, guiding them to fit-for-purpose solutions while supporting junior team members and ensuring commercial viability.

Qualifications

• Workday Time Tracking and Absence implementation experience (2–3 years).
• Workday Time Tracking and Absence configuration experience in the last 3 years (2+ years).
• Certification in Workday Time Tracking and Absence.
• Strong understanding of Workday Time Tracking or Absence and related capabilities.
• Excellent customer focus with relationship building and expectation management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a functional workstream on a prime Workday implementation.
• Build relationships with customers and translate needs into solutions.
• Support junior consultants and share knowledge within the team.
