Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Consultant in California to lead and support Time Tracking and Absence workstreams on complex Workday deployments. You will manage global project workplans, client relationships, risks, budgets, and cross-functional teams while delivering cohesive Workday configurations aligned with requirements.

The role emphasizes advising clients on industry leading practices, applying Accenture methodologies, and driving innovations.

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification is required.
• Minimum 3 years of consulting experience at Sr. Consultant level or similar.
• Minimum 3 years of Workday Time Tracking/Absence Implementations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on a Workday implementation project.
• Create work plans for large global engagements, managing risk, budget, resources, and client relationships.
• Research and resolve day-to-day Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling issues.
• Support new requirements for Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling in Workday.
• Configure Workday based on requirement changes and support regular Absence/Time Tracking processes.
