Job summary

Makse Group is seeking a Workday HCM specialist to implement Time Tracking and Absence Management solutions for our clients. With 2+ years of hands-on experience, you will translate operational needs into scalable Workday configurations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value.

You will participate in the full lifecycle from discovery and design through testing and deployment, ensuring compliance, workforce efficiency, and an improved employee experience through accurate time

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience focusing on Time Tracking and Absence Management.
Experience configuring Time and Absence, including accrual calculations and compliance setup.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IS or related field.

Responsibilities

Configure and implement Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management per client policies.
Gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and design Workday solutions.
Support full delivery lifecycle: configuration, unit testing, UAT, deployment.
Troubleshoot configuration issues, rules, accruals, eligibility, compliance.
Collaborate with Payroll, Scheduling, Finance for integration.
Assist with documentation, knowledge transfer, and end-user training.
Contribute to project planning and status reporting.
Stay current on Workday releases and best practices.
