Job summary

Senior Workday Payroll, Absence & Time Tracking Consultant is needed to lead a major Workday implementation for a global manufacturing client. The successful candidate will have hands-on Workday experience across Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking, with strong Scheduling expertise and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across countries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Workday experience in Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking.
• Experience configuring Workday Payroll, Absence Management and Time Tracking in global setups.
• Scheduling configuration and workforce planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and setup of Workday Payroll, Absence Management and Time Tracking across global sites.
• Configure and support Workday Time Tracking, including time entry, validations and calculations.
• Configure and support Workday Absence with types, eligibility, accruals and balances.
• Provide expert support for Workday Payroll processes and issue resolution.
• Lead or support Workday Scheduling configuration including shifts and calendars.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT and stakeholders across countries to ensure global consistency.
• Support data validation, testing and go-live milestones.
• Develop and maintain payroll, absence, time tracking and scheduling integrations.
