Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. seeks a Senior HR Systems Analyst to lead Workday Reporting and Security configurations and drive enhancements for HR centers of excellence.

You will translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions and manage the Workday security framework, collaborating with HR stakeholders, IT, and external consultants. The role combines technical work with leadership, guiding projects from requirements to deployment, and supports a hybrid work model with in-office days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent combo of education and experience
• Five+ years HR technology experience, with at least half in an analyst role
• Workday configuration experience with complex calculated fields and reports
• At least one Workday Pro Certification (HCM, Reporting, Advanced Reporting)
• Consultative with knowledge of core HCM data management, EIB loads, and testing procedures
• Advanced Excel skills and project management fundamentals

Responsibilities

• Lead reporting, analytics, and security projects from requirements gathering through design, testing, deployment and post-production support
• Partner with HR Systems, People Analytics, and functional teams to maintain report design standards and data sources
• Write and maintain custom reporting with Workday and Prism data sources, including calculated fields
• Create and modify security groups and provide access via domains and business process policies
• Support self-service initiatives by applying Workday security framework to business needs
