Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Sr. HR Systems Analyst to lead Workday Benefits and Time configurations and drive scalable integrations.

You will partner with HR and Total Rewards to translate business needs into configured Workday solutions, improving data integrity, efficiency, and operational visibility. The role requires 5+ years HR technology, Workday configuration experience, Pro Certification preferred, and a hybrid schedule at corporate HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years HR technology experience.
• Workday configuration experience with complex eligibility rules.
• Advanced Excel and project management fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday configuration and enhancement projects from requirements gathering through design, testing, deployment and post-production support.
• Translate business needs into scalable Workday configurations and integrations.
• Manage partnerships with Workday/3rd party consultants and internal IT teams to deliver solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, validation, and compliance with design standards.
• Provide consultation to HR and Total Rewards stakeholders and present to senior leaders.
