Job summary

Cabot Corporation is seeking a Senior Workday Reporting Analyst to design, build, maintain, and optimize Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics across HR and the business. You will partner with HR, Finance, Digital, and other stakeholders to translate reporting needs into scalable solutions and report to the Head of HRIS.

The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of Workday reporting experience, strong analytics, and knowledge of Workday data structures, security, and business processes.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of hands-on Workday reporting experience.
• Strong analytical capability and understanding of Workday data structures, calculated fields, security, and business processes.
• Workday Reporting (Pro or Partner Certified) is preferred.
• Experience in HCM, Learning, Recruiting, or Compensation is desirable; willingness to build expertise in one or more areas.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, maintain, and optimize Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Create and maintain calculated fields, prompts, filters, business objects, report definitions, and hubs.
• Collaborate with HR, Digital, Finance, and stakeholders to translate requirements into reporting solutions.
• Provide advisory input on reporting strategy and data lake integration.
• Ensure reports are secure, scalable, and compliant with data governance and audits.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and support testing/UAT.
