Job summary

FTI Consulting seeks a Manager, Workday Reporting & Analytics to lead reporting development, integration reporting, and analytics delivery within the HR Data & Analytics team. You will translate business needs into scalable Workday reports while coordinating with HR and Finance COEs.

You will design dashboards, manage data sources, and mentor analysts, with a focus on AI-enabled analytics and governance across multiple workstreams. Hybrid work in the United States is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 7+ years in HRIS/reporting/data analytics with 5+ years in Workday report development.
• Strong proficiency in Workday reporting tools (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Calculated Fields).
• Workday Pro certification in Reporting.
• Experience with integration outputs (RaaS) and EIBs/Core Connectors/Studio/Orchestrate.
• Travel to clients/FTI offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain advanced Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite).
• Develop dashboards and discovery boards for self-service analytics.
• Partner with HR and COEs across the firm on reporting requirements.
• Own end-to-end reporting projects from intake to deployment and documentation.
• Mentor report writers and analysts; contribute to standards and best practices.
• Advise on data quality, governance, and AI-enabled analytics adoption.
