Job summary

FTI Consulting is seeking a Manager, Workday Reporting & Analytics to serve as a key technical resource for Workday report development, integration reporting, and analytics delivery within the HR Data & Analytics team. The role supports the full lifecycle from requirements through deployment and optimization, partnering with HR and Finance COEs across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 7+ years progressively in HRIS, HR reporting, or HR data analytics; 5+ years Workday reporting.
• Strong proficiency with Workday reporting tools (Advanced/Matrix/Composite, Calculated Fields).
• Workday Pro certification in Reporting.
• Experience with report-based integrations (RaaS) and data security considerations.
• Excellent communication and project-management capabilities; able to lead cross-functional workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain advanced Workday reports across multiple domains.
• Develop integration reports and monitor data flows between systems.
• Own project lifecycle: intake, requirements, build, UAT, deployment, and docs.
• Collaborate with HR COEs and HR Technology teams; mentor analysts.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and readiness for AI-enabled analytics.
