Job summary

FTI Consulting is seeking a Manager, Workday Reporting & Analytics to lead Workday report development, integration reporting, and analytics delivery within HR Data & Analytics. You’ll partner with HR and COEs across the firm to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

You’ll own the project lifecycle from requirements through deployment, mentor analysts, and collaborate with Power BI and Prism Analytics teams to extend analytics beyond Workday while ensuring data quality and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of HRIS, HR reporting, or HR data analytics experience.
• 5+ years hands-on Workday report development experience with Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reports.
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM data model, security, and reporting outputs.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain advanced Workday reports across HCM, Talent, and Payroll.
• Lead integration reporting outputs (RaaS) and related data quality checks.
• Manage project lifecycle from intake to deployment and stakeholder communication.
