Job summary

FTI Consulting is seeking a Manager, Workday Reporting & Analytics to serve as a key technical resource for Workday reporting, integration reporting, and analytics delivery within the HR Data & Analytics team. You will translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions while managing multiple workstreams.

You will own the lifecycle of reporting initiatives, mentor teammates, and partner with HR COEs and the HR Technology team to deliver high-quality insights and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years of HRIS, HR reporting, or HR data analytics with hands-on Workday report development.
• Strong proficiency with Workday reporting tools: Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Calculated Fields.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain advanced Workday reports across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent, and Payroll.
• Build dashboards to deliver self-service analytics to HR leadership and COEs.
• Design and maintain integration reports for outbound data (RaaS) and related data flows.
• Own the project lifecycle for reporting initiatives from intake to deployment.
• Mentor report writers and help define reporting standards and best practices.
• Advise on data quality, governance and AI-enabled analytics opportunities.
