Job summary

FTI Consulting is seeking a Manager, Workday Reporting & Analytics to lead complex Workday reporting, integration reporting, and analytics delivery within the HR Data & Analytics team. You will translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions across HR COEs and serve as a key technical resource throughout the reporting lifecycle.

You'll design advanced Workday reports, build dashboards, mentor analysts, and collaborate with HR Technology to optimize data flows and drive insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years in HRIS, HR reporting, or HR data analytics with 5+ years Workday reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Workday reporting tools and security concepts.
• Workday Pro certification in Reporting.
• Experience with report-based integrations (RaaS) and EIBs.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain advanced Workday reports and dashboards.
• Translate business needs into precise reporting requirements.
• Partner with HR COEs and HR Tech to align reporting with strategic goals.
• Mentor junior analysts and enforce reporting standards.
• Ensure data quality and audit readiness across reports.
