Job summary

FTI Consulting is seeking a Manager, Workday Reporting & Analytics to design, develop, and deliver advanced Workday reports across HR domains with a focus on secure, scalable analytics. You will partner with HR COEs and the HR Technology team to drive impactful insights.

You will mentor analysts, help shape governance, and explore AI-enabled reporting while ensuring high data quality and stakeholder value. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, Business, Data Analytics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain advanced Workday reports across HCM, Recruiting, Pay, Benefits.
• Create dashboards and self-service analytics for HR leadership and COEs.
• Develop integration reports and audit/reconciliation for data flows.
• Own project lifecycle from intake to deployment and documentation.
• Mentor report writers and establish reporting standards.
• Collaborate with HR Tech and IT teams on reporting requirements.
• Advise on data quality and governance, and AI opportunities.
