Job summary

- Certifications strongly preferred (Workday Recruitment, Compensation, Talent, Payroll).
- Experience supporting production Workday environments in large organizations.
- Deep functional expertise in Recruitment and Talent programs.
- Ability to work in a global, regulated environment and adapt to change.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day compensation and talent support tasks, including job profiles and updates.
- Configure and run annual performance, compensation planning, and talent processes.
- Create and maintain process docs; capture current-state processes.
- Mentor and support junior team members; collaborate across HR, Finance, IT.
- Work in Jira; hybrid schedule in Frisco, TX; overlap US ET.
