Job summary
Guidehouse is seeking a Workday Recruiting/Learning/Talent Optimization Senior Consultant in McLean, VA. You will manage in the Workday Optimization program and lead the design of solutions for customers optimizing their Workday tenant.
The role requires Workday HCM/ERP experience, at least 2 years with Workday, and up to 25% travel with some on-site milestones. The salary range is $113,000–$188,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of three years of experience using Workday HCM or other ERPs in a Recruiting/Learning/Talent capacity, preferably in post-production support; OR a Master's degree with a minimum of one year of experience using Workday HCM or other ERPs in a Recruiting/Learning/Talent capacity, preferably in post-production support.
- A minimum of two years of work experience with Workday
- Up to 25% travel with a focus on work from home and/or Guidehouse office; consultants may provide on-site support for key milestones as needed
Responsibilities
- Manage in the Optimization program for the Workday Practice, including production support, planned assessments, and Phase X deployments.
- Lead the design and development of solutions for customers optimizing their Workday tenant
