Job summary

Tms Llc in Atlanta is seeking a Workday HCM Functional Analyst with a focus on compensation. The role is hybrid, contract-based, and targets an experienced professional for a 12+ month engagement. Travel is primarily within the Atlanta metro and nearby regions, with expenses covered.

The candidate will lead design, configuration and delivery of Workday Compensation for higher education/government clients, and provide functional knowledge of Workday. Prior Workday experience is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday HCM compensation module.
• Experience with Workday compensation configuration and testing.
• Workday certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration and delivery of Workday Compensation for higher education/government clients.
• Demonstrate Workday features to clients and document requirements and design decisions.
• Configure software, support testing and rollout, and transfer knowledge to the client team.
• Provide leadership to the functional support team as required.
