Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Workday Recruiting/Learning/Talent Optimization Senior Consultant in McLean, VA to support the Workday Practice across production support, assessments, and Phase X deployments.

You will lead design and development of solutions for clients optimizing their Workday tenant, with at least 3 years of Workday HCM or ERP experience in recruiting/learning/talent roles, and 2+ years of Workday experience; travel up to 25% with hybrid/work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a MINIMUM of THREE (3) years of experience using Workday HCM or other ERPs in an Recruiting/Learning/Talent capacity, preferably in post-production support
• A MINIMUM of TWO (2) years of work experience with Workday
• Up to 25% travel with a focus on work from home and/or Guidehouse office; consultants may provide on-site support for key milestones as needed

Responsibilities

• From initial assessments to entire transformations, you'll deliver Workday solutions to equip organizations with the information they need to optimize their Workday environments.
• Manage in the Optimization program for the Workday Practice. This includes activities related to production support, planned assessments, and Phase X deployments
• Be responsible for leading the design and development of solutions for our customers who are optimizing their Workday tenant
