• Experience scheduling interviews through Workday and coordinating calendars.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to create, review, and finalize job descriptions.
• Open and maintain job requisitions in Workday Recruiting.
• Schedule and coordinate approximately 15–20 interviews per week, including recruiter, hiring manager, panel, and stakeholder interviews.
• Manage complex scheduling logistics and coordinate calendars across multiple participants.
• Communicate interview details, changes, and updates to candidates and interview teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in Workday.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support throughout the recruiting process.
• Prioritize urgent requests and manage multiple recruiting activities simultaneously.
• Communicate professionally with candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, and senior-level stakeholders.
