Qualifications

• Experience supporting production Workday environments in large organizations.
• Knowledge of compensation, talent, and payroll in Workday.
• Strong documentation and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day compensation and talent support tasks (profile updates, incentive and allowance plan setup).
• Handle salary corrections and bulk data loads (EIBs).
• Configure country-specific compensation settings and support stakeholders.
• Create and maintain process documentation for recurring tasks; drive consistency in operations.
